Yes. Where lots are similar, a base design can be adapted for orientation, grade and setbacks rather than redrawn from scratch. That is usually faster and cheaper than a new design per lot.

Yes. We coordinate with your project consultants within an agreed scope so the drawing set matches how your team actually builds.

Do you take on one-off custom homes for homeowners?

Our single-family work is builder-led spec design. For homeowner-directed custom projects, we are usually not the right fit.
